Cardiac Radiologist

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a highly qualified, fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join their established team in Sarasota, Florida. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling options and primarily supports Sarasota Memorial Hospital's two campuses. The role involves comprehensive diagnostic and nuclear medicine services, with a balanced case mix of cardiac and CT chest imaging.

Practice Info

• Primarily supports Sarasota Memorial Hospital's two campuses: the 901-bed, Level II trauma flagship in Sarasota and the Venice campus.
• Both sites offer comprehensive diagnostic and nuclear medicine services, including CT, 3T MRI, PET/CT, and a dedicated breast imaging suite.
• All facilities are American College of Radiology-accredited and integrated with SMH's cancer, stroke, and emergency programs.
• RAF is the largest radiology practice in Florida, serving prestigious health systems across the state.
• State-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets.
• Locally and democratically led practice, with decisions vested in the hands of the group at large.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and nuclear medicine services.
• Interpret a balanced case mix of 50% Cardiac and 50% CT Chest, including coronary CTA, structural heart CT, and cardiac MRI.
• Utilize MosaicOS TM, RP's cloud-based, AI-native operating system for imaging.

Compensation

• Highly competitive compensation package
• The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging
• Board-certified or board eligible (ABR or AOBR)
• FL License or Eligible for Florida medical licensure
