UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is seeking a dynamic and energetic Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join their comprehensive AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) Cardiology team. This physician will contribute to the growth of the Electrophysiology team, working alongside specialists in interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology, and CT surgeons. The role involves practicing full-spectrum electrophysiology and general cardiology, with responsibilities spanning hospital rounding, consults, admissions, outpatient clinics, and procedures.

- Work with specialists in interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology and CT surgeons
- Hospital coverage: Hinsdale, La Grange and Bolingbrook
- Outpatient and Inpatient procedures at Hinsdale Hospital
- Inpatient cases only at La Grange and Bolingbrook Hospitals
- EP procedures in advanced EP lab
Responsibilities
- Continue to grow the Electrophysiology team
- Provide general cardiology care
- Share call coverage in rotation with practice partners and other community cardiology physicians
- Practice full spectrum electrophysiology including pacemakers, ICDs, CRTS, SVT ablation, a fib ablations and VT/PVC ablation
- Participate in General Cardiology call rotation
- Perform Hospital Rounding, Consults/Admissions, OP Clinic and procedures
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $700K - $850k
Requirements
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty board certification in Cardiovascular Disease
- Formal fellowship in Electrophysiology also required
- High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- New graduates or experienced physicians welcome to apply
- Completion of ACGME approved Electrophysiology Fellowship
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Electrophysiology
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
