Cardiac Electrophysiologist

The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join an established and growing cardiovascular program in El Paso, TX. This role offers a foundational opportunity to build the electrophysiology service line within a high-demand market, supported by a collaborative cardiology group and advanced technology. The position provides immediate volume and the chance to shape a program within a well-resourced, multi-campus system.

Practice Info

• Employed, established practice primarily based at The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus
• Privileges across four campuses
• 18-provider group including interventional, invasive, general cardiologists and APP support
• State-of-the-art resources including Hybrid OR, 3 cath labs, and advanced EP mapping system
• Strong support team with dedicated cath lab staff, anesthesia, surgical backup, and cardiac leadership
• Projected ~85 outpatient and 4 inpatient cases annually

Responsibilities

• Play a foundational role in building the electrophysiology service line
• Perform EP consults with 24-hour response expectation, including weekends

• Salary guarantee plus wRVU production model

Requirements

• BE/BC in Cardiology
• BE/BC Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active TX license or ability to obtain
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required
