Minimum Qualifications:
Education : Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Experience : RN experience or LVN, CMA, paramedic and/or device industry experience will be considered for candidates with that experience prior to being an RN.
License(s) : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor of Science.
Experience : EKG knowledge required with understanding of cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias.
Certification(s) : CCDS through HRS within 24 months of hire preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
• Excellent clinical communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CIED remote and programming or ability to demonstrate proficiency within six months of hire.
• Knowledge of medical terminology specific to electrophysiology preferred.
• EKG knowledge required with understanding of cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias.
