Mercy is seeking a Cardiac Device Specialist-RN to support patients with implanted cardiac devices. In this role, you will perform in-clinic and remote device interrogations, interpret reports, and collaborate with cardiologists to optimize device settings and patient outcomes. You will provide patient education on device function, safety, and follow-up care, and document all findings in the EMR.
Working within a multidisciplinary heart team, you’ll help coordinate scheduling, triage alerts, and respond to urgent device issues, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and mentoring colleagues in device management best practices.
