Cardiac Anesthesiologist with Teaching and Research Opportunities (Methodist Hospital)

Indiana University Health Physicians is looking for a patient‑centered, collaborative, supportive Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on clinical excellence in cardiac anesthesia, education, and research in a large tertiary referral center with a 1,000‑bed capacity and 130 ICU beds.

Position Highlights

• Full‑time Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm with on‑call duty.
• Cardiac and general case mix including cardiovascular, ENT, GYN, ERCP, ECT, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, general, neuro, thoracic, and OB procedures.
• Patient population statewide and regional.
• Involvement in student, resident and fellow training, including faculty appointment.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology (required).
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Anesthesiology (required).
• Physician license in Indiana or eligibility for license (required).
