North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their hospital-based practice in White Plains, NY. This role supports a busy hospital with renowned programs, offering a diverse case mix across White Plains Hospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The position involves working with a vibrant team of 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs in a collaborative care team model.
Practice Info
- Support a busy hospital-based practice in White Plains, NY
- Operations and surgical procedures are performed solely by attendings
- Provide anesthesia services for a diverse case mix at White Plains Hospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Night Float Anesthesiologist for Labor and Delivery
- Vibrant and energetic group composed of 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs from top programs
- Cover 41 anesthetizing locations daily in a care team model
Responsibilities
- Case assignments: Mix of inpatient and outpatient cases including general, OB, regional, vascular, cardiac, pediatrics, neuro and ortho
- Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
- Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Compensation
- Salary: $600K
- Clinical Specialty Stipend: $25k
- Up to $100K Sign On Package

Requirements
- M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMG and FLEX
- Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
- Currently licensed as a physician
