This role involves providing full-spectrum anesthesia services across 8 hospitals and multiple outpatient centers. - Physician-owned and physician-led anesthesia practice
- Over 110 anesthesiologists and 200 CRNAs
- Provides full-spectrum anesthesia services across 8 hospitals and multiple outpatient centers
- Cardiothoracic case volume includes CABGs, valve replacement/repair, aortic surgery, heart transplant, mechanical circulatory support (VADs, ECMO), and minimally invasive structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip)
Compensation
- Sign on bonus up to $75,000
- Additional annual stipend for cardiac anesthesia trained physicians
