US Anesthesia Partners (USAP)- Arlington Division is currently seeking a full-time cardiac Physician to join their team in Arlington and Mansfield, Texas. The clinician will manage cardiac, lung, and EP cases in a collaborative practice setting. This position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a sign-on bonus.

Compensation
- $525,000 - $575,000 Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment)
- $30,000 Sign-on Bonus

- Amount of Malpractice Coverage: 1 mil/3 mil

Shift & Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday with 2 weekday cardiac calls per week
- Extremely limited weekend call with very rare weekend cases
- Hours will be Monday-Friday 7am-5pm when not on call
