Overview

Highly successful physician-provider private anesthesia practice is seeking multiple BE/BC Anesthesiologists to join a rapidly growing team in Dallas, TX serving DFW’s premier cardiovascular surgeons, neurosurgeons, and orthopaedic-spine surgeons.

• Specializing in Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, EP, ENT, Bariatric, and General Surgical anesthesia welcome
• Partnership (3 years) and associate tracks available for non-cardiac and cardiac anesthesiologists
• Calls: All calls are home calls. No in-house calls. 8-9 blocks of weekends (Fri–Sat–Sun) per year; 2–3 weekdays call per month
• 37 anesthesiologists and actively growing
• Physicians only. No CRNA and no care team
• No Trauma and No OB
• Multiple facilities located in Dallas, Plano, and Richardson. Usually work in one facility on any given day

Compensation & Benefits

• Very competitive compensation and great benefits including 401K matching and profit sharing, Health/dental/vision insurance, malpractice, etc
• Bonus potential of $25K
• Opportunity to earn extra money if work past 5 pm when not on call on weekdays
