Cardiac Anesthesiologist

USAP-Maryland is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team at White Oak Medical Center, a pioneer in cardiac care in Montgomery County. The position involves a variety of cases, including major heart center procedures, within a practice that emphasizes clinical excellence and operational support.

Practice Info

• Join USAP-Maryland, founded in 2004 as First Colonies Anesthesia Associates, consisting of more than 200 clinicians.
• Work at White Oak Medical Center, a 180-bed community hospital with 8 operating rooms.
• The hospital is renowned for delivering advanced, least invasive heart care.
• Accredited as a Chest Pain Center with PCI by the American College of Cardiology (ACC), boasting a Three-Star rating in heart surgery from The Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS), and designated as a Cardiac Interventional Center by the Maryland Institute for Emergency Services and Systems (MIEMSS).
• Variety of cases including Back, General, OB, GU, Major Heart Center, Vascular, and Ortho, with some ENT and bread & butter cases.

Compensation

• Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000.
• $75,000 sign-on bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Averaging 47 hours a week over the month, and this includes call hours.
• Averaging 4 calls a month, 2 of those 4 calls are in-house with post-call day off and 2 of those 4 calls are beeper call from home.
