- SMMC is a Level II trauma center with 10 ORs + 2 OBs and 427 beds.
- The facility handles an average of 7,388 cases + 1,055 births annually, including general, ortho, urology, 50 heart cases per year, heads, trauma, neuro, peds, and OB (100 deliveries a month).
- Clinicians get exposure to a wide variety of cases.
Compensation
- $577,500 Base Salary
- Additional earning for Cardiac call $450/Day (up to $82,125 annually)

Shift & Schedule
- Typical day when not on call runs 7 am to 5 pm
- Call 1x or 2x a week/post call off
