Compensation
- Fee-for-service model with call stipend and weekend and holiday stipends
- Attractive sign-on bonus paid over multiple years
- Annual salary range of $750,000 to $760,000
- Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
