Cardiac Anesthesiologist

SSM Health is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their growing anesthesia team at SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This role involves providing care across St. Agnes Hospital and the Fond du Lac Surgery Center, utilizing a care delivery model of medical direction alongside frequent solo cases. Physicians participate in an overnight and weekend call rotation of 1:5 while enjoying a competitive compensation package and extensive vacation time.

Practice Info

• The anesthesiology department consists of 11 Anesthesiologists and a total of 11 CRNAs and CAAs
• The care delivery model is medical direction for all cases as well as frequent solo cases for the physicians
• Anesthesia services are provided at St. Agnes Hospital and the Fond du Lac Surgery Center
• St. Agnes Hospital utilizes anesthesia services throughout the facility in 7 general operating rooms, one cardiovascular operating room, a hybrid cath lab, a cardiac EP lab, 4 GI procedure rooms, obstetrics, and medical imaging
• SSM Health uses Epic for its electronic medical record

Compensation

• $660,000 Base salary
• Signing bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Overnight and weekend call services are covered by the physicians only
