US Anesthesia Partners is seeking highly skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join their expanding practice at HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves contributing to a dynamic care team that delivers over 50,000 anesthetics annually across Lee Health’s facilities. The position offers a robust and diverse cardiac case mix, with a primary focus on cardiac cases complemented by general, endoscopy, cath lab, and OB cases.
Practice Info
- Join a dynamic care team of 30 anesthesiologists and 64 anesthetists.
- Deliver over 50,000 anesthetics annually across Lee Health’s facilities in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, including three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers.
- Cardiac case mix features structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClips, TMVR, septal repairs), CABG and minimally invasive valve repairs/replacements, VATS, thoracotomies, thoracic AAA, and ventricular assist devices.
- Cardiac anesthesia is performed in a 1:1 or 2:1 care model.
- Expect a 75-80% focus on cardiac cases, complemented by general, endoscopy, cath lab, and OB cases.

Requirements
- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
