Cardiac & General Anesthesiologist

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP)- ACD Division presents an exceptional opportunity for Cardiac and General Anesthesiologists at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Clinicians can choose to supervise CRNAs or perform their own cases across a diverse case mix at a level 1 trauma and tertiary care hospital. Practice Info

• Located at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a level 1 trauma and tertiary care hospital in Dallas, Texas
• Diverse case mix includes trauma, general surgery, liver and kidney transplantation, ENT, neurosurgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, and cardiac anesthesia
• No pediatric anesthesia
• Obstetric cases are limited to supervision of highly experienced CRNAs

Responsibilities

• Supervise CRNAs or perform own cases
• Participate in general anesthesiology or join dedicated Heart and/or Liver Transplant teams

Compensation

• Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000
• Maximum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $600,000
• Pay type: W-2
• $500K+ base with production and sign-on bonuses
• 'Lump and divide' profit-sharing model for partners
• Additional compensation for work after 5:00 p.m., all cardiac cases, and liver transplants

Shift & Schedule

• Duration: Full Time
• Flexible schedules and a variety of practice models available, including partner-track positions, employed roles (with or without call), and shift-based schedules
• Call schedule averaging 4–5 calls per month, with a balanced mix of in-house and home call
