Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and guest-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests' vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards while providing exceptional service. If you have a passion for cars and take pride in your work, we would love to have you as part of our team.
What You Will Do
- Vehicle Preparation Perform pre-wash inspections to identify any visible damages or issues with the vehicle.
- Guest Service Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, provide information about available services and pricing options, and address guest questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Operate Washing Equipment Safely operate automatic car washing equipment, including pressure washers, brushes, and vacuum cleaners, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Maintenance Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely, and report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Work Area Cleanliness Keep the car wash area, service bays, and surrounding areas clean and free from debris and clutter.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
