Your role goes beyond cleaning-you'll build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend solutions like membership options to save them money while providing outstanding service. From mastering the art of detailing to operating state-of-the-art equipment, you'll have the tools and support to succeed.
What You'll Do

• Transform Vehicles : Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, vacuuming, and detailing to bring every car back to life.
• Connect with Customers : Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored recommendations, including our membership options.
• Keep It Spotless : Maintain a clean, organized workspace with well-kept equipment and supplies.
• Ensure Safety : Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself, your team, and our customers.
• Be a Team Player : Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Confident and friendly approach to selling memberships that add value for customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards.
• Excellent customer service skills to make every interaction memorable.

• Experience in car detailing or a related field (bonus points if you've operated detailing equipment!).
