Invoice Specialists are also responsible for requesting missing invoices, late fee removal, following up on disconnect notices, and mailing address updates from the utility providers.ResponsibilitiesAs an Invoice specialist, you will:Phone Usage: Medium (about 40% of your day)Request payment extensions with providersRequest expedited paymentsEnsure payments posted correctlyRequest missing invoicesWork with providers for late fee removalFollow up on disconnect noticesPreferred SkillsPrevious Customer Service ExperienceStrong Computer SkillsExcellent telephone and email etiquette.Excellent research and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Time management and organizationHigh school diploma or equivalentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED
