Pay From: $150,000 annual salary
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Federal Civilian capture management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning contracts within Federal Civilian agencies, especially in IT services, cybersecurity, program management, and/or consulting.
- Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR regulations and agency-specific acquisition processes.
- Strong understanding of Federal Civilian agencies' missions, priorities, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in capture tools such as GovWin, Deltek, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive capture strategies tailored to specific Federal Civilian agency opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify key opportunities and position the company as a leader in the market.
- Define win themes, value propositions, and differentiators based on customer requirements and competitive landscape.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications during the capture process.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compliant, compelling, and high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitations.
