Managing the contract capture process from pre-RFP strategy development through award, the full-time remote Capture Manager will work with the Business Development Team to build a portfolio of digital transformation projects aimed at modernizing government services. Key responsibilities Perform full life-cycle capture of qualified opportunities, including market shaping and competitive analyses Contribute to go/no go decisions and develop compelling, compliant winning proposals Build comprehensive account and capture plans for targeted Departments/Agencies to align with strategic goals Required qualifications 6-9 years of business development experience, preferably in the GovCon IT industry Proven experience with government proposals and understanding of federal contracting terminology Familiarity with Agile Software Development, Human Centered Design, or IT Operations Demonstrated fluency with relevant AI tools and technologies Experience with state human services or social safety net programs is a plus
