To support and execute federal pursuits across government contract vehicles, the full-time Capture Manager will manage opportunities throughout the acquisition lifecycle, implement structured capture strategies, and collaborate with various teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of contracting opportunities and increase the probability of win through effective capture plans Conduct research and opportunity analysis to strengthen positioning and maintain documentation across the capture lifecycle Collaborate with solution, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to develop compliant and compelling responses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field 4-5 years of direct experience in full cycle capture management or federal capture support Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions Experience supporting federal health agencies such as VA, HHS, or NIH is preferred Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as cloud migration and data analytics
