Ten11 Lounge & Bar is seeking an experienced and service-driven Captain (Floor Captain) to oversee daily floor operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced lounge environment.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee floor operations during service and ensure smooth execution
Lead, support, and coordinate servers, bussers, and hosts
Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Assist with table management, reservations, and service flow
Communicate effectively with management, kitchen, and bar teams
Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and properly set
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or lounge
Strong knowledge of service standards and hospitality operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example in a high-volume environment
