Captain

We are hiring Captains for Santi!

Captains play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Captains work closely with the service team, bar, kitchen, and management to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest, reflecting the standards and culture of the restaurant and BBianco Hospitality Group.

Position Requirements  

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment  

• Strong knowledge of service standards, as well as wine and spirits, with emphasis on Italian varieties  

• Exceptional hospitality knowledge and the ability to maintain the highest -level of serv ice standards  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the natural ability to creat e a welcoming and valued guest experience  

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment  

• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems  

• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor  

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure  

• Strong problem-solving skills , with tact and diplomacy in handling challenging situations  

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
