Managing the tactical delivery of capital planning services, the full-time remote Capital Planning Manager will oversee multi-year real estate capital plans, analyze client datasets for efficiency, and establish partnerships with clients to enhance their capital management processes. Key responsibilities: Manage the development and execution of multi-year capital plans while advising clients on performance and utilization Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cost savings and project bundling across various workstreams Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review project submissions and ensure alignment with capital planning goals Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution 5+ years of experience in real estate and construction program/process management Expert understanding of building systems (MEPFS and architectural) Proven ability to develop project charters, including scope, schedules, and budgets Demonstrated understanding of real estate and construction finance principles
