This role is ideal for an experienced real estate finance attorney with 8+ years of experience who is looking for a non-partnership track opportunity in a dynamic, client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review disclosure in offering materials for commercial mortgage securitization transactionsSupport capital markets and securitization transactions, including commercial real estate finance mattersInteract directly with clients and internal teams to facilitate transactionsAssist with loan-level due diligence as needed (preferred but not required)Qualifications:8+ years of experience in real estate finance or capital marketsStrong drafting, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and clientsAdmission to the New York State Bar preferredCompensation:This is a non-partnership track role.
