Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review disclosure in offering materials for commercial mortgage securitization transactions
- Support capital markets and securitization transactions, including commercial real estate finance matters
- Interact directly with clients and internal teams to facilitate transactions
- Assist with loan-level due diligence as needed (preferred but not required)
- 8+ years of experience in real estate finance or capital markets
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients
- Admission to the New York State Bar preferred
