This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team at the forefront of securitization work.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for RMBS and structured finance transactions, including:SecuritizationsWarehouse and term financingsRepurchase facilitiesPrepare and review legal opinions and transaction closing deliverablesAssist with deal structuring and advise on legal and regulatory considerationsCommunicate directly with clients and transaction counterpartiesCollaborate with deal teams to manage transactions from inception through closingQualifications:3–6 years of law firm experience in structured financeExperience with RMBS transactions strongly preferredFamiliarity with securitizations, financings, and repurchase agreementsStrong drafting, analytical, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environmentJD from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New York BarWork Environment:Primarily in-office role based in New YorkCompensation:Salary range: $260,000 – $390,000Bonus eligible with a comprehensive benefits packageThis is a strong opportunity for a capital markets associate looking to deepen expertise in RMBS and structured finance within a collaborative, high-performing global platform.
