As a Capital Markets Director - Sales (F) within PNC's Financial Institutions Group organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX.

Preferences

  • Capital Markets experience
  • Experience with marketing to banks with 500mm+ in assets
  • Experience developing business and managing relationships with community and regional banks in the local market

  • Experience advising banks regarding bank balance sheet strategies and capital markets products (hedging, fixed income, capital and liquidity, and loan portfolio sales/purchases)

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.

Licenses required: SIE, Series 7, 79, and 63 within 120 days of hire.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activities for specific product(s) or transaction(s). Manage and develop client relationships. Provide superior client experience.
  • Work closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders, and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to clients.
  • Provide appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develop and maintain client and/or investor relationships.
  • Coordinate the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution to maximize sales and develop new business activity.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance with policies and regulations. Provide coaching to other team members.

Work Experience

FIG – SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of employment. Fixed Income – SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of employment. Foreign Exchange – SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of employment. Fixed Income (Tax‑Exempt): Municipal Trading and Underwriting – SIE, Series 52 and 63 (or Series 7, if taken prior to 11/7/2011, is acceptable in lieu of Series 52) within 90 days of employment. Municipal Sales – SIE, Series 7 or 52, and 63 within 90 days of employment. ESOP – SIE, 63 and 79 within 120 days of employment. Other appropriate licenses (e.g., supervisory licenses) may be required at the discretion of the manager.
