Capital Markets Associate: IPOs, SPACs & SEC Deals

GT Restructuring seeks a Capital Markets associate for its West Palm Beach office. This full-time position requires an associate with 2-3 years' experience in public and private equity offerings, ideally familiar with SEC regulations.
