This junior to mid-level role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of experience in real estate lending and/or capital markets who is looking to gain meaningful client-facing experience in a collaborative, high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review disclosure in offering materials for commercial mortgage securitization transactionsSupport capital markets and securitization transactions, including commercial real estate finance mattersInteract directly with clients and internal teams to facilitate transactionsGain exposure to commercial real estate lending and securitization processesQualifications:2+ years of experience in real estate finance, lending, or capital marketsStrong drafting, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environmentAdmission to the bar in any relevant jurisdiction preferredCompensation: The anticipated annual base salary range is $235,000–$430,000, with actual salary determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
