Capital Markets AssociateDirect Counsel is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 4–6 years of securities and capital markets experience to join a premier corporate practice representing issuers, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and underwriters in sophisticated capital markets transactions.This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys interested in advising clients on high-profile securities offerings and strategic capital-raising transactions across a broad range of industries.
