The team advises clients on sophisticated commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and commercial mortgage securitization transactions, providing associates with substantial client interaction and meaningful responsibility on complex financing matters.

The team advises clients on sophisticated commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and commercial mortgage securitization transactions, providing associates with substantial client interaction and meaningful responsibility on complex financing matters.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial mortgage securitization and capital markets transactions.
- Draft and review disclosure documents and offering materials for securitization offerings.
- Advise clients on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.
- Collaborate directly with clients throughout all phases of capital markets transactions.
- Conduct legal research and assist with transaction structuring and execution.
- Review financing documentation and support transaction closings.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on sophisticated real estate finance and capital markets matters.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active membership in a U.S. state bar.
- 2+ years of experience in capital markets, real estate finance, or commercial lending.
- Experience with commercial mortgage securitization or structured finance transactions is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate is preferred but not required.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Salary: $235,000-$310,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
