This is a strong opportunity to work on sophisticated structured finance transactions alongside a highly regarded team with decades of market leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors, and borrowers in structured finance transactionsAdvise banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, and public/private companiesDraft and negotiate primary transaction documents, including:Purchase and sale agreementsServicing agreementsFinancing documentsManage transaction processes and coordinate closingsCommunicate directly with clients and counterpartiesCollaborate with deal teams to execute complex transactionsQualifications2–5 years of law firm experience in structured finance or capital marketsExperience with securitization and structured finance transactions preferredStrong drafting, analytical, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreamsJD from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New York BarCompensationSalary range: $235,000 – $365,000 (based on experience)Bonus eligible with a comprehensive benefits packageThis is an excellent opportunity for a capital markets associate looking to deepen their experience in structured finance within a collaborative, high-performing global platform.
