About the Company

We are an early-stage real estate venture focused on residential fix-and-flip and remodels, with future plans to vertically integrate smart home technologies through manufacturing and installation. Our first property is in motion, with ~$300K in projected equity upside and $250K in partner capital raised. We aim to scale through capital access, building a capital engine to support 10–20 assets and beyond.

The Role

As Capital & Fundraising Lead, you'll work closely with the Chief Credit Officer and executive team to:

1. Drive investor research and outreach (private investors, angels, debt funds, family offices)
2. Build and manage our investor CRM and communication workflow
3. Support preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and investor FAQs
4. Join investor calls and manage follow-ups
5. Help prepare investor data rooms and track soft commits / close progress

You’ll play a core role in raising funding for property acquisition, renovation, and deployment of advanced home technologies.

Qualifications

Background in finance, real estate, venture capital, or investment sales. Confident communicator with high ownership and follow-through. Able to work independently but collaboratively, resourceful, organized, and results-driven. Comfortable with the early-stage grind—equity-first mindset.
