To support a national technical assistance project, the part-time Capacity Development Manager will develop training materials and oversee instructional design efforts to enhance the skills of legal service practitioners providing immigration support, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Set the vision for capacity development among partners and legal service providers Provide oversight and guidance to a team of instructional designers and content developers Lead strategies for legal services training and technical assistance, ensuring high-quality deliverables Required Qualifications BA with 7+ years of experience or Master's with 4+ years in project management Minimum of 3 years of experience building stakeholder relationships for capacity-building projects At least 3 years of experience in national training and technical assistance development
