Window Rehab is a growing Arizona home improvement company built by installers. We focus on quality installation, a better homeowner experience, and helping families improve their homes’ comfort, appearance, and energy efficiency.

We’re looking for outgoing, driven individuals to join our canvassing team and help introduce Window Rehab to homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area.

THE JOB

You’ll speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introduce Window Rehab, identify interest in replacement windows and doors, and schedule free in-home consultations.

Start conversations and build rapport with homeowners.
Identify homeowners interested in replacing their windows or doors.
Explain the purpose and value of a free in-home consultation.
Coordinate with our appointment-setting team to schedule consultations.
Record accurate homeowner information and appointment details.
Work assigned neighborhoods and meet established activity and appointment goals.
Represent Window Rehab professionally and respectfully.

Your focus is prospecting and setting qualified appointments. Our sales team handles product presentations, pricing, financing, and closing.

COMPENSATION

$30,000 annual base salary as a W-2 employee.
Additional commission on top of your base salary.
Target total earnings of $60,000 $100,000 annually, based on performance.
Opportunities to pursue team lead and management roles as the company grows.

Total earnings depend on the applicable commission plan and individual results. Target earnings are not guaranteed.
