As a Canvass Manager , you'll receive hands-on training while developing the skills needed to lead a successful canvassing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job—it offers a clear path into management with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified leads by meeting homeowners through door-to-door outreach
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, coaching, and team leadership
• Train directly with experienced, high-performing managers
• Develop expertise in territory planning, team performance, and daily field operations
• Lead, motivate, and manage your own canvassing team
• Oversee daily field operations and team production
• Earn management-level commissions, performance bonuses, and team overrides
• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Team overrides for additional earning potential
