Cantonese/Mandarin Customer Service Representative

Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with member inquiries, and document interactions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer and document calls from members, providers, and health plans, addressing inquiries and concerns Verify claims, eligibility, and authorization statuses while providing quality service to customers Assist with member outreach communications and coordinate appointments with providers Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Previous work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
