The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and great attention to detail with a team-oriented spirit, with the goal of promoting part-time employees to full-time roles in the future.Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm**weekend work as necessary**Trimming, weighing, producing and packaging various forms of cannabis productsGrading and sorting processed material into proper containers with proper labelingWeighing and logging materialKeeping a precise count of all packaged product and weight(s) of product used for an accurate end of day reconciliation of packaged inventory and remaining inventoryMaintaining a sanitary work environmentSafely transport products from workspace to storage areaEnsure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and complianceExhibit competency in basic organizational skills and communication skillsPreferred candidate will have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, food production or similar manufacturing; fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standardsStrong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and proceduresExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain quality with repetitive assignmentsEffective time-management skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced and challenging environmentWorks well in a group environmentMust be over 21 years of ageMust be able to pass a background checkFull-time employment: Must be able to work 40 hours per weekPart-time employment: Must be able to work 20-32 hours per weekRegularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; use close, color and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focusFrequently required to walk, sit, or stand for long periodsMust be able to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsOccasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and/or move up to 50 poundsMay be exposed to fumes or airborne particlesAll NOXX Processors are hired at $18 per hour.
