Green Thumb is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support daily care of cannabis plants in our Ocala facility. You will pot, prune, transplant, defoliate, train, and harvest plants with precision to keep them healthy and compliant with safety standards.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 21, and can obtain state-level badging; cannabis experience not required. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and cleanliness throughout the grow rooms.
