Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Entry-Level Candy Packers for a local candy factory ! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that offers a supportive team environment, paid training, and room for advancement.
Location: Winona, MN
Hours & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Possible overtime on Saturdays
• Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Put packaged candy into boxes
• Palletizing finished product
• Loading product for delivery as needed
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
• Accurately count packages per box
• Package efficiently and perform basic quality checks (QC)

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to count accurately with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 56 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods; reach, bend, and move as needed
• Comfortable wearing required PPE (hair net, smock, ear plugs in machining areas)
• Entry-level industrial experience preferred, but not required
