To improve cancer screening outcomes, the full-time Cancer Screening Programs Advisor will oversee strategy, governance, and implementation of cancer screening initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong relationships with various health programs, while working onsite, hybrid, or fully remote. Key responsibilities Oversee the strategy and implementation of cancer screening program initiatives and related projects Align screening strategies with cross-functional priorities and support cancer screening awareness initiatives Provide leadership to ensure long-term business impact and value beyond project delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred 4-6 years of relevant experience in healthcare or related fields At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or operational management role, or quality improvement Awareness of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Knowledge of health regulations and compliance expectations, including HIPAA and ERISA
