Remote Part Time Office and Administrative Support Occupations

To support a growing client base, the part-time Global Payroll Contractor will process payroll for clients in Canada or the UK using ADP platforms, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process recurring and off-cycle payrolls from start to finish, including inputs, validation, approvals, and final submission Review payroll registers, reconcile results, and address variances before fund release Ensure compliance with statutory deductions, filings, and remittances, while answering client and employee payroll inquiries Required qualifications At least 3 years of experience processing payroll in Canada or the UK, with hands-on experience in ADP Workforce Now Canada or ADP iHCM Solid knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and year-end processing requirements in the respective country Preferred qualifications include PCP or CPM designation for Canada and CIPP qualification for the UK Experience with payroll-related forms such as T4, P60, or P45, depending on the country Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a remote environment
