Supporting an external software development organization, the full-time remote Canada Compliance Lead will help establish governance, risk, and compliance practices for an enterprise AI platform, focusing on SOC 2 and ISO readiness, audit preparation, and compliance documentation. Key responsibilities Define, operate, and mature a compliance program for a multi-tenant enterprise platform Prepare customer-facing security documentation and support audit readiness and compliance assessments Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement practical and automation-friendly compliance controls Required qualifications Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment Ability to define controls, map requirements, and track gaps for audit preparation Experience preparing security documentation, security questionnaires, and compliance materials Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in client-facing environments Pragmatic mindset with a focus on maintaining compliance standards while supporting delivery
