Campus Store Department Manager

Lids is seeking a Department Manager to own the performance and daily execution of one or more store departments within The COOP serving the Harvard and MIT communities. You will combine category expertise, team direction, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and act as Manager-on-Duty while supporting campus events, product launches, and peak academic periods at Harvard and MIT locations.
