Campus Recruiting & People Engagement CoordinatorThe company is looking for a welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented Campus Recruiting & People Engagement Coordinator. The goal of this position is to act as the company's brand ambassador to students and university contacts to showcase company culture, build relationships, and attract top talent for our consulting teams. Similarly, this position works as an internal ambassador to our employees, supporting a tight-knit and collaborative environment with engaging internal events and training programs.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis is a lead execution role across several domains, in particular, campus recruitment and internal activities.
Operations team members hold different specializations, but load balance and rotate work based on seasonality and emerging priorities. This position requires availability for short overnight trips multiple times during the year.Campus Recruiting Coordination and PromotionCommunicate with university staff and students to showcase the company's brand and attract potential candidates. Act as the central point of contact for university relationships.Connect with clubs, campus recruiting contacts, and more to facilitate consultant-to faculty relations and student touchpoints such as coffee, lunch, bowling, pizza night, etc.
Explore networking opportunities where we can connect with local talent in our field.Maintain a contact list of promising students, nurture relationships, and plan timely reach-outs to stay connectedTrack and update university contact lists according to company practices. Harvest potential new contacts from various sources, including recent hires.Facilitate and attend on-campus and virtual career events (some travel required during peak recruitment periods). Host and co-host information sessions, perform on-campus interviews, participate in career fairs, and lead recruiting webcasts.Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone calls and/or screening interviews for select campus candidatesInternal Team CoordinationProvide oversight and guidance to university owners, plan recruiting trips, organize and lead semester kickoffs, train new campus owners on how to engage effectively with students, faculty, and career services professionalsCoordinate with the marketing team on opportunities and elements needed to successfully promote the company brand across campus recruiting platformsHelp facilitate new hire onboarding training, working with IT, consulting trainers, and onsite support team membersStrategy & Content DevelopmentWork closely with hiring managers to ensure timing and details align with program goalsActively review outcomes from current target universities and explore relationships with new potential targetsDevelop novel, creative, and impactful content for information sessions, case studies, workshops, and moreEvaluate and provide enhancements to processes as business needs evolveLogistics & ATS ManagementUtilize exemplary research and vetting skills in researching and coordinating recruiting event logistics (venue selection, catering, inventory & shipping, etc)Competently work within the ATS (applicant tracking software) to ensure job postings are managed and refreshed both on our Career page and other third-party job boards, back-end functionality is maintained, and changes are updated appropriatelyTrack key candidates in the ATS and schedule interviews and touchpoints as needed while collaborating with the scheduling teamEnsure Handshake and similar university job boards are updated; interview rooms are booked; and other critical, campus-specific details are well managedSchedule flights and hotels for out-of-state candidates being flown in as neededInternal Event Preparation & ExecutionWe host numerous internal events covering culture/teambuilding, training offsites, and recruiting externships.
