Our client is a prestigious financial services firm located in Manhattan and they are operating in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
- Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies
- Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc.
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Tech and/or finance experience is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of full cycle campus recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Based on experience, the salary range is between $130k-170k.
