Alpha is hiring a Director Of Member Relations to lead a campus community in Lake Forest or Malibu/Los Angeles. You will greet families, align with guides on sensitive student situations, and host events, ensuring trust and alignment with Alpha's standards.

As a full-time on-site leader, you will own relationships, guide difficult conversations, partner with educators, build retention and referrals, and shape local growth as campuses expand.
