Campus Development CoordinatorThe Campus Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Campus Development Team through systems, communication, project coordination, and operational support, helping drive alignment, execution, and ministry effectiveness across campuses.What you will do:Systems, Communication & ReportingSet up and maintain campus events on The Rock event calendarAssist with church-wide events by collecting information from campusesDistribute weekend service scripts to campusesOperations, Project, & Team SupportCoordinate and create communication materials, graphics, presentations, and other ministry resources for the Campus Development Team and campuses.Coordinate follow-up and implementation support for Engagement Pathway initiativesCoordinate and support follow-through of key Campus Development initiativesSupport Campus Pastor hiring and onboarding processesSupport Campus Pastors with onboarding paperwork for new hiresSupport coordination and execution of team projects as neededAssist with Service Review supportSupport logistics for CP SummitSupport logistics for Return GatheringRecruit, develop, and manage volunteers as neededAttend team meetings as well as Saddleback all-staff meetings and trainingsWhat you have done:1–2 years of administrative, project coordination, ministry, or related experience preferredExperience coordinating projects, events, or ministry activitiesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working with volunteers or ministry teams is a plusExperience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plusExperience creating graphics, presentations, and communication materials using CanvaEducationBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceEquivalent work experience may be considered.Skills and AbilitiesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailSelf-motivated with strong follow-throughAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamFamiliarity with church systems (especially The Rock) preferredProficiency with Google Workspace and digital collaboration toolsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentCreative, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced ministry environmentTeachable attitude with a desire to learn and growDecision MakingMakes day-to-day decisions related to projects, communication, and operational supportCollaborates with ministry leadership on larger decisions, priorities, and project implementationUnique Working ConditionsOccasional evening and weekend responsibilities for church events and meetingsMay travel to campuses or ministry events as neededFast-paced ministry environment requiring flexibilitySaddleback Church's pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The estimated pay rate for this position is $22-$24 hourly, depending on experience.
